I got this for my parents. Key factor is the ability to use both handsets at the same time (conference call), as their older wireless handsets did not allow this function. Good Phone but don't buy if you have T-Mobile at Home
I purchased this phone because I converted from traditional phone lines to T-Mobile at Home. The phones worked fine on the analog line and the answering machine worked as well.
Once the phone lines were ported over the phone worked fine BUT THE ANSWERING MACHINE WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS...

Great phone with an answering machine and caller id. The sound quality is awesome and the cordless has a great range a feature that is lacking on the phones ive bought in the past.
