Pros Great Picture Quality, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Easy to Set Up.
Cons Sound Quality is Terrible.
Recommended it? No

I currently own three LCD flat screen televisions. I have owned the Vizio VX32L for over a year. I purchased this television primarily because of the price point, which was around four hundred and fifty dollars at the time I bought it. I also own a 32 inch Emerson LCD and a smaller RCA LCD... Pros great picture, great sound, affordable, 2 HDMI connections, PIP, 178-degree viewing, no...
Cons gets a little hot, cables sold separately
Recommended it? Yes

After being disappointed by an online purchase of an Olevia 27 inch LCD, I decided to do a little more research and to buy one from a store I often frequent that I know has a lenient return policy: Costco.

I bought this Vizio VX32L/10A LCD HDTV as a Father's Day gift for my husband last... Read full review »

Pros HD picture quality, design, ease of use, flexibility of locations.
Cons Up close viewing in SDTV can be grainy.
Recommended it? Yes

The only other place in my home that I watch TV is my bedroom. Unfortunately the TV I had was an 18 year old 19", that had finally outlived it's usefulness.

So the hunt was on for a replacement. I figured I would go with a flat panel, and I would stick with the same size. I did purchase a... Read full review »

Pros Very good value, from a high quality manufacturer.
Cons Sound quality could be better.
Recommended it? Yes

I believe that many people think Vizio is a 2nd rate company. Their lower price points are not due to lower quality however. Vizio has had the goal of producing the most LCD sets in the world. They already have met that goal, and should stay there fairly easily. It is that goal, not lower... Read full review »

We have had the Vizio 32 inch LCD TV for about 6 months. First in our living room, and later since we upgraded to a 42 inch in that particular room, it was been moved into our family room. We purchased the Vizio unit as an upgrade to a tube television. We didn't want to spend alot on our first LCD... Read full review »

VX32L - Check submodel CAREFULLY!

byjeth Jan 29, 2008

Pros So far this appears to be a decent quality set for the money.
Cons The body explains the cons in detail. This is not a good image for Vizio.
Recommended it? Yes

Most references you will to the VX32L don't give any indication of which submodel they are talking about. Before you buy, be sure you know which one you are getting.

Vizio only shows the submodel 10A on their website, but there is a 20A submodel floating around that is NOT a step up from... Read full review »

Pros Works for 30 minutes, then nothing for eternity.
Cons Makes for a great blank box if you are into that.
Recommended it? No

I purchased a 32" Vizio LCD HD TV from Wal-Mart on November 2, 2007. It has been nothing but problems. I called the warranty department and they sent out a technician who replaced the main board in it and it worked for about 30 minutes before morphing into about a thousand horizontal lines. It was... Pros Great price. Good picture and sound.
Cons You must go into the menus to adjust the picture to fit the screen.
Recommended it? Yes

I looked all over the internet and searched local stores and found that the Vizio 32 inch tv from Walmart was the best deal for under 600 dollars.

Upon picking up the tv, you first realize how light weight it is. This great considering my friend and I move it around quite a bit between... Read full review »

Pros Low cost
Cons Quality is CRAP

The T.V. was fine for the last two years, it is in the bedroom and doesn't see that much service. This morning I went to turn it on and nothing happened. The little amber light is on, so it looks like its getting some power. Checking the web I find this is a common problem with Vizio. So it looks... Read full review »
