Love my Vitamix!
We have a large organic garden on our homestead. I can now put up my tomatoes without peeling them first - just puree in the vitamix and "whalla"- skins, seeds, the whole works is blended completely. I actually have a "Super 5000" that we bought, I don't know, 10 years ago? It came with two containers: one for liquids and one for "dry" stuff. I recommend getting both.
