What an overpriced disappointment

Cheap Breakable Plastic Parts on Blender
I make smoothies and wanted a Top of the Line Blender that you find at specialty cooking shops. Not so durable
I agree with colorado happy. We also make breakfast smoothies for our kids using frozen fruit and yogurt. We have had this blender for only 5 weeks, and the plastic part at the bottom split into pieces this morning. I am on the web looking for a site to purchase this part. Read full review »
Professional Plastic
Surprise, surprise, surprise. Don't let let good looks deceive you. Thank good looking blender has plastic parts that break. Big and loud. Lousy reliability.
I also make smoothies with frozen fruit, milk and yogurt but my 20 year old blender was not working so well and I thought that this would do the trick - which is to actually chop up all the fruit leaving no chunks.

Simple and powerful blender
If you're looking for a blender with all sorts of settings this is not the one for you. This one's got 2 settings. Pulse and blend. It works fine and blends food evenly. The glass container is sturdy and solid.
