GOt this one because of the ratings. Now I can write my own. IT IS a GREAT jump rope! Easy to adjust. Inexpensive, portable. I am getting a great exercise!

Excellent speed rope

The Valeo Jump Rope Speed is one of the better jump ropes I have purchased. I have used mine for 3 months now, and have noticed a difference from this jump rope to the one my husband has.
