I got a lemon.
Perhaps it was just a fluke, but 3 days after warranty expiration my player stopped working. The picture paused, the lens started hitting the DVD, and the machine ruined my disc.

I owned a Samsung M301, but the zoom produced a scratchy looking image. I returned it and got a Sony NS300. The picture was crisp and clear, however, I like the zoom feature which Sony did not have. Played Two DVDs and then Kaput!!

Rockin' DVD player
I really love this player. I bought 2. It is very cheap now ($149 at Best Buy). Plus you get 10 free DVD rentals at Hollywood video.
