There is a Reason They Aren't Called Coffeemaster
After 4 years of use our Mr. Coffee coffee maker needed to be replaced. It still worked, the carafe hadn't broken, but it was making lousy, bitter coffee. This coffee maker is a decent value for the price
I've had this coffee maker for about a year and, overall, I've been happy with it. I bought it on sale at Sears for $10. It makes 10 cups and takes a cone filter (does not come with reusable one, unfortunately). It works well and quickly and the coffee is tasty. I've only had a couple of problems... Read full review »
Great coffeemaker
Yes, it's an inexpensive coffeeemaker, but one of the best I've ever owned, and I've owned some fancy ones. Previous reviewer is right, you can't allow the coffee grounds to go outside the filter and into the basket, as the spring-loaded water drip mechanism at the bottom of the basket will clog... You Get What You Pay For
I bought this product two months ago on sale for $10 at Sears. I needed to replace a well-used Mr. Coffee and thought I'd try a "bargain" brand. In the two months I've had the machine it has "exploded" like a volcano at least once a week. I finally figured out why.

We Get What We Pay For....
I purchased one of these coffee makers in a pinch during a frenzied terror to infuse some caffeine into my system. Due to the time of day (6:30 am) I ended up buying it from a local grocery store which operates 24/7.
