Timex Clock Radio
The Timex clock radio is a great if you want a lot of sound and many features. The radio has huge speakers in each side . The buttons are easy to access and are easy to push. The clock has radio am and fm, Cd, and alarm. BE CAREFULL The place where you put the cds in can easily break off. I am... Read full review »
Almost right, but returning today
I really, really wanted to like this clock radio. My old Sony is ready for retirement and I've been looking for a while. I love nature sounds (and have an old model of that too). Here I was, thinking that I could combine both pieces of equipment into one unit. The BIG deal for me is the brightness... Read full review »
Good idea, bad product
This alarm clock has a lot of nice features. However using them is quite frustrating. The triple alarm is one of the reasons we purchased this item, but each alarm has it's own sound. For example, you can't have 2 set to wake to radio. The wake to nature sounds is useless if you used the nature... Read full review »
One one little problem...
I've been looking for a radio only, digital, stereo AM/AF clock radio, no more than 80 dollars.Could not find one. They all come with a CD player that makes things very difficult, as you will see. They either build towers such as this one or flat units with a large foot print.
The LCD display...

Returned it in less than 24 hours
Don't know if we got a lemon but the LED screen kept going off and it kept losing time as compared with our GE Spacesaver microwave clock...About 22 minutes slow over a couple of hours period of time. If you need to rely on this as an alarm clock to get to work, hope you have flexible hours. Read full review »
Avoid
Initially the reception was poor and the sound quality was disappointing. Over a 1 year period, the reception has degenerated to the point that we can no longer depend on the radio at all.

Nice product, but poor reception
Really like the product in most every category, but we got lousy FM reception. If I pull the antenna straight out to due North, then I can get the station I want. My ancient Sony with the antenna still coiled up doesn't have this problem. Read full review »
Nice features, but...
This alarm clock has some really nice features, sounds good and looks good. The main drawback is that alarm 1 must be CD or buzzer, alarm 2 must be radio and alarm 3 must be nature sounds, you cannot use different combinations. This wouldn't be a big deal except that you cannot customize the volume... Read full review »
Doesn't live up to the specs
This alarm clock looks nice and the nature sounds are pretty good. However, it has many problems which make me unable to recommend it:
The radio tuner is so weak as to make it basically useless as a radio. It gets 1 station, poorly, while all other radios in my apartment get at least...
