Constantly gets deregistered
Just like debd5555 wrote. The phone gets deregisterd for no apparent reason on a regular basis. I swear it happens daily. We've just stopped using the phone. Having spent about $50 it's a real bummer. Read full review »
NOT WORTH THE GAS I SPENT TO DRIVE TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE IT
I really just want to let everyone know to never spend one single dime on GE phones. Thompson took over making GE phones and they have lied to me for hours on end, finally telling me they would send me a new unit as soon as they received mine. Constant Problems.
This phone has an issue where the handset becomes "deregistered" from the base. This causes you to have no connection -- you can't get a dial tone, nor does it ring if it isn't in synch.
The process to reregister is a pain.. and this happens repeatedly without you knowing it, varying...
