I love it
I have a 2002 714ce, I bought it in 2004. I love the guitar. Really nice to play, the pickup is fabulous, and it's understated visually.

The Taylor 714CE Acoustic Guitar: My Favorite Rosewood Taylor?
The Taylor 714CE is a rosewood cutaway guitar in the "grand auditorium" style, with a big bottom and small waist. Simple looks, elegant sound
The 2001 Model Taylor 700 series had been changed somewhat from the 1998-2000 models.
