I purchased my first tamagotchi baby in seventh grade. They were cute! I couldn't resist. Even as a highschooler now, I still admit that they're adorable. The craze came and went a few years ago. Tamagotchi, created by Bandai Japan (original idea by Akai Mata), which exploded in popularity spread like wild fire to the US and other countries.

Well... if you read my epinion on the actual tamagotchi toy, you know I speak of it in glowing terms. I have pretty much the same things to say about the gameboy game, but it's missing a very crucial element - it's not a keychain!
