Pros Great game replay, fantastic graphics, the greatest multiplayer/party game
Cons some levels are too mobile
Recommended it? Yes

If you've never even played the 1st Smash Bros. introduced on the N64, you can still definitely play this; and if you have, then you'll STILL enjoy this game.

What is it? Think of a sideview fighting game amongst 4 players simultaneously using famous Nintendo characters who emit tons of... Read full review »

Pros Replay value, it takes years to do everything, basic awesomeness!
Cons you probably won't like it if you are a nintendo hater, sequel is taking forever.

Pros Lots of new characters, lots of combos to figure out, good to play when bored.
Cons not in depth classic/story mode, can be difficult at times.
Recommended it? Yes

This is a pretty good game because of all the different good moves and combos for each character. When I figured out about how it kept track of all your scores from hit accuracy to distance flew.I was disappointed when I figured out the very brief story and classic game.I think you should get it if... Pros Cool graphics, attacks, characters, stages and sound/music.
Cons Not being able to play as those Super strong characters.
Recommended it? Yes

AND IT'S THE BEST! It's just cool to see two of your completly unrelated to eachother favourite nintendo characters try and kill each other. Like, say you had Super Mario Sunshine and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. (yet to be released in 2006) And you like both games, both characters and... Read full review »

Pros A more improved, polished version of SSB.This is how sequels should be made.
Cons Almost near perfect but the game may lack depth
Recommended it? Yes

Remember Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64? Remember the great times you had beating the hell out of Kirby and other popular Nintendo mascots? Of course HAL would bring a sequel to the one of the best selling games on the N64 and now that its here,is it better than the original?

One... Read full review »

I just bought this little gem of a game about 3 weeks ago and haven't stopped playing it yet! From the colourful, high-resolution graphics to the easy to master controls this game is truly amazing compared to the lesser version first brought out, 'super smash bros.'. The wide variety of characters... Read full review »

Pros Lots of characters, something the whole family can play
Cons Learning the moves
Recommended it? Yes

This is a great game for the whole family, any age to play or play together. It's fairly easy to figure out, my two year old can even play. There are lots of characters to pick from and they have different moves. You have to play a little to figure out how to use the different moves of each player... Read full review »

Pros Fighting engine, sheer magnitude of Nintendo stuff, great characters, very balanced
Cons A bit repetitive
Recommended it? Yes

The original Super Smash brought some great Nintendo characters and put some nostalgic levels and slapped it into one nice package. The sequel takes that and RUNS with it, making an incredibly fresh new game out of it.

The cast has been graciously expanded. Everyone is here from the... Read full review »

Pros an all-around great game
Cons not as much fun alone, but still good
Recommended it? Yes

Super Smash Brothers Melee lets you step into the ring with one of 25 classic Nintendo characters. This game is a fighting game like Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat, but not as violent. Though it's rated "T" for "mild violence," I would suggest this title to kids as young as six or seven. Indeed, I... Read full review »
