Wonderful Printer
Paper Handling
I would like to say that i have herd some complaints that said that it curled paper really bad. I don't see that at all. it may curle paper a little bit but i think that is normal. it is no where near as bad as they say.

Have problem with rear paper jams on multiple machines
I own two of these machines and am experiencing paper jam problems. I tried adjusting the paper setting (thin/thick) to no avail and have varied the brand of paper. The only suggestion that Brother offered was to fan the paper before putting it in.

Excellent Home Printer
Having done a lot of web browsing for opinions on this printer, I was a little apprehensive about buying it because of the number of complaints about paper curl.

Very good for point of sale systems!

Cheap home laser printing
Perfect for home use using plain paper and reasonable print volume. Volume printing with pre-printed paper seems to jam so much that it is unusable from the tray(tested on 3 Brother 2040 printers). Continually pulling crumpled sheets from the back. OK but slow using the manual tray.

Awesome little printer for the price
