NOT waterproof
I love these boots for warmth and comfort but they are not waterproof as labeled. The first time I wore them to shovel snow, my feet soaked through right to my socks.
I have tried to locate domestic contact info for "Sporto Lifestyle Group," in NY, but have not been able to get anywhere.
