Incompatibility with Satellite Receiver is Disappointing
I wasn't aware that this or any similar unit is not satellite compatible, so you can't program the unit to record in advance of watching the program. Disappointing.
Bought this unit less than a year ago and have been using this for about 10 months. Watched several DVDs and VHS. DVDs now won't play properly. Colors are not displaying. Some problems
I had an Sony SLV-D360P for about 8 months and I was very happy with it. It would play DVDs that my older DVD player would not. But then it started only periodically sending ANY signal to my TV. Would not recommend buying this Sony product
My Sony SLV-D360P is about 6 months old and I have maybe played a dozen DVDs. Now it is having trouble reading some DVDs.
It doesn't seem to be a very good unit considering the same DVD is able to be read on my computers DVD drive.
