Buzzer? - this has one.
Selectable duration sleep timer? - got it.

Wake up at 8, 8:30 in Newfoundland
The Sony ICF-C218 works great as a clock radio. It's cheap and has adequate sound. The time is preset by Sony; a lithium battery keeps the clock going if the power goes off. The time can be changed manually with some difficulty, but the average user doesn't have to do that; the time remains... Read full review »
Missed work!
This little guy worked great until today. Sometime during the night, it decided to set it's self one hour earlier than it was so by the time the alarm went off, I was already too late for work! So I had to call in sick >_<;

Waste of money
The display is far to dim to be seen in a sunlit room and there is no DIM/BRIGHT switch. "Automatic Time Set" as Sony calls it is a joke. They just set the time at the factory at let the back-up battery hold it. Too bad the battery was dead in mine. Radio sounds awful. Read full review »
