Still learning the ins and outs, but love it so far!
I'm a firm believer in Sony products, so when I was looking to purchase a camcorder I looked at Sony cameras first. After researching other brands I had to come back to this one. Overpriced but underdelivered
I've purchased this camcorder as a replacement for the aging Sony DCRTRV18 mini DV which I've enjoyed for over 6 years. Before I've purchased DCRTRV18 I've tried similar Canon and JVC. Sony was the best and it made an obvious choice as a replacement candidate.

Very nice camera for a decent price EASY SOFTWARE
