Poorly Built Cooler
The compressor broke on this within 5 months.
Temperature readout is 10 degrees too high.
Company will not pay for shipping or packing to send this back for replacement. I cannot even get them to send the replacement first so I have a box to return it in.

poor customer service, not a 45 bottle cooler
We bought this cooler with the understanding that it could store 45 standard bottles of wine...no way! You need unusually low shoulder bottles or no where near that many fit. Don't buy this - not a 45 bottle cooler
I bought this unit at Fry's for $216 intending to keep 45 bottles of wine in it. Despite being advertised as a 45 bottle cooler it would not hold that many - it's design relies on the low-shoulder kind of wine bottle for its inflated number (and I frankly doubt a normal person could get 45 of those...
