Skechers Biker Shoes
Comfortable, lightweight and no ties
The Bottom Line:
Skechers Biker Shoes are stylish, comfortable and pretty. They are just right for everyday and exercise.
My first pair of Skechers were brown and laced up. They were comfortable for everyday walking, but I did not use them on the treadmill. I always stuck with New Balance for the treadmill and exercise even though I think the Skechers are prettier than the New Balance. Recently, I found a pair of Skechers Biker shoes in black and when I tried them on in the store, I knew I had to have them. They were on sale for $44, but I am not sure how much they were priced at regular price.
These shoes are so comfortable. They do lace up but without ties, making it much easier to just slip them on and be out the door. Without the ties, I never have to check to make sure my shoe is tied and they feel incredibly snug, without being too tight. They are pretty, too. They are black suede with a mesh fabric on top to keep your feet cool and dry all the time. I do not ride a bike but imagine these would be wonderful for riding a bike because you would never have to worry about your shoestring getting caught in your bike’s parts.
I use my Skechers for both casual, everyday walking – to school, work and around the house. I also use them on the treadmill, something I did not use my past pair of Skechers for. On the treadmill they feel sturdy and comfortable, just right for walking off those extra calories. They are lighter than my New Balance and keep my feet feeling gently contained within their lightweight fabrics. I have decided I like them even more on the treadmill than I did my New Balance. I did not ever think I would trade in New Balance for another shoe, especially on the treadmill. But I have. The Skechers Biker shoes are more comfortable, fitting securely without the frustrating ties, than any pair of shoe I remember in the recent past.
If you like a lightweight, airy shoe, I believe you will find them with the Skechers Biker shoes. These shoes provide ample support, are light on your feet, never need to be tied and look like a simple tennis shoe. I think they are more attractive than tennis shoes. I like that I can just slip them on without bothering to tie them up and I like the way they feel, both in casual walking and in exercising on the treadmill. They are simple, comfortable and pretty.
I have had them for six months, wearing them every day, and they look and feel just like they did when I bought them. They are light, resilient, and give your foot a welcoming embrace every time you put them on. If you are interested in a stylish, casual sneaker that lasts, I believe you will love the Skechers Biker sneakers. I am completely satisfied with these little shoes and I encourage you to try them.
