An excellent choice for light use
I first purchased this copier at Office Depot 5 years ago for $399 with a $100 manufacturer's mail-in rebate which I forgot to send in. Poor Quality

Doesn't live up to Sharp's usual good quality
I have a Sharp AL-800. The original toner cartridge probably lasted about 1500 pages, everything worked fine. At about 2500 copies the drum needed replacement. Then the machine failed to recognize the scanned image and the company exchanged it for a refurbished one. That worked OK for maybe 6... Read full review »
Abandoned at Birth?
When I bought my SHARP AL-800 Copier, I thought I was making a great investment in a state of the art personal copier.
