Works OK, till it breaks!!!!
I had this machine, used it once. I had to use a lot more elbow grease than suggested on TV. But it did some of what it said. Not the last tool you'll need but works fine
I bought this device at Target wondering how it would handle grout cleaning. I had not seen an infomercial and didn't know it was on sale on TV. A nice addition to my cleaning stuff
I bought this after seeing the infomercials on TV. I got it at a local Target store, we paid about $65.00 I think. And I really like it, for many things.

Sound & Fury Signifying Nothing...
Boy! It makes a lot of noise! And boy! It can frizz your hair in under five minutes using it in a small bathroom! This is one of those products you really REALLY want to work. But in actual use it pales in comparision to what you see on the infomercial.

Does it work? Sadly, NO
I like gadgets. I think I am a gadget freak. When I first saw this product in their cheesy infomercial I thought this was a great product. I didn't like cleaning with chemicals so the prospects of cleaning with steam attracted me. Boy, was I disappointed.
