Don't buy this product!!!
I bought the Sandisk Sansa 1GB after reading many reviews. Most of them were good but a few said it freezes up suddenly. Well I've had mine for 4 months and it started freezing up. Had to replace it 2 times within one month!
I bought this Sandisk as my first mp3 player.
The seller told me to buy an extended warranty because they have had a lot of returns. It wasn't because of its commission because I had to bring it back 2 times within one month.

Good deal for price; minor problems

Doesn't work
Bought m240 for a gift for my wife. After a week the screen freezes up. Tried everything. Nothing on website to assist. Nothing works to reset the device. I note others had same problem and couldn't solve it. Will take it back to retailer. Read full review »

Good MP3 Player, not completely perfect, but very solid
I purchased the Sansa product out of my personal disdain for my wife's iPod. I've been very happy with the purchase overall--though while at Circuit City, I had to order it on the website from their laptop and walk up to pick it up. It was $20 cheaper on their website.

this is a great mp3 player
