Excellent Convenience and performance

Good printer - avoid high toner costs - refill yourself!
Great printer - used it for 8 months now - #45 - #60 for new toner is way too much. I now refill at fraction of the cost - dead easy! I use Top Inks and the toner kit cost me a staggering #8.25 - a bargain!

Not a reliable printer
While the Samsung ML-2010 printer produces a good quality print and is reasonably fast, it jams repeatedly. I am not sure why, but every now and then (several times a week) it decides to jam. Great for students
I finally got fed up with the printers at school constantly getting jams, running out of toner or paper, going offline, etc. The Samsung ML-2010 was the cheapest laser printer in the store, and as far as I can tell, it works perfectly.

would not recommend this product
I work in a small medical office. This printer cannot be left alone to print. The pages curl and fall of the tray. It prints too light, even after setting it to print dark.
