Save your Money, Buy a different brand and quality
Wow. I must say, I know that having problems with a product can be normal. You buy something, you expect it to work and if it doesn't, you replace me and your chances are good that the first one was just a fluke and the 2nd one will work.

Don't buy it
I was pretty disappointed in this rice cooker. Following the instructions results in partially uncooked rice and the instructions are very simple, so the problem is with the rice cooker.
