Still Strong After 2 Years of Near Daily Use

Pros A perfectly fresh brewed cup every time.

Pros Fast, good image quality, good HP printer build quality.

Cons Software isn't user friendly.

It's an HP office quality printer. I agree with the other poster, the software wasn't so hot. I use Mac OS 10.3.9 and an Airport Express and had a little difficulty getting the printer to recognize. But it's working good now. It's probably a 3.5/5 but I'll say 4/5. Read full review »

Cons Basic machine; only one coffee bean chamber, so no bypass for decaf

Makes really good espresso with fine crema at the touch of a button.

Pros Excellent coffee and froth when it works

Cons Made out of plastic. Very weak

I have owned this machine for about 2 years. The first six months that I owned this machine it worked great. It made excellent froth and excellent coffee. After that it has been repair after repair. Repairs are very lengthy and expensive. Each repair averages over one hundred dollars.

Pros Consistent crema and very good coffee. Like the double dose feature.

Cons Plastic construction, small water reservoir, large physical size, noisy.

Bought the machine NIB on EBay and got a good price. I really wanted a few more features (like a bypass for pre-ground coffee or a warmer) but couldn't justify the increased price to all the non-coffee drinkers in the house.
