The Royal js800 is a cheap shredder for minimum usage.
I purchased this shredder two years ago for $29.00 and have gotten a good value for the price. I use it an average of 4 times a week to shred receipts and junk mail. Target.com advertises this product as follows: "it has a full-size wastebasket that expands to stand on the floor, and collapses to 9-1/2" tall to sit on your desk or countertop."
