A gem for great stimulation
I have to agree with most people writing the reviews so far: that Ratchet and Clank is an all well round good game.
Many reasons to why you should get this game.
Right now it is cheap because its not a recently released game.
The colors, picture, environment, will use...

Simply a great game
I don't usually play games like Ratchet & Clank, but I have to say that I really enjoyed this game. Most action games just don't hold my attention for very long. I usually prefer RPGs and racing simulations. Ratchet & Clank is the action game for gamers who don't like action games.
The...

Ratchet and Clank is the best game since Spyro (the original)!
Well, Insomniac games did it again! They created a masterpiece of a game. I am a huge fan of light hearted yet tough role playing games. I don't want to see blood or deal with dark scenes. R&C gives my exactly what I was looking for. After the fiasco of Spyro 4 (which was not made by Insomniac by... Read full review »
Platforming Perfection: Ratchet & Clank
As far as gaming genres go, the platformer is about as old school as it gets (really only edged out by the 2D shooter). Gamers have been mastering difficult jumps, smashing enemies, and collecting mushrooms/coins/bolts/orbs etc. since the early days of gaming.
So, in this age of...

Great to watch or play
When you first enter this game, you are immediately struck by the rendering of the backgrounds and color. Then, as you progress, you are thrilled by the backstory, characterizations and ability to collect bigger and better weapons.
We read nothing about the game and simply started...

Mario killer? Not quite, but enough to give Mario a run for his money.
The Intro:
Ratchet & Clank was one of my most anticipated games of 2002. After the stellar debut of Jak & Daxter (which I'll write a review on soon), Ratchet & Clank was on my radar as a semi-sequel to Jak & Daxter. Running on the same engine, with the same kind of history and premise (Naughty...

Overall great game
My 5 year old mastered the moves quickly. Some of the levels seemed to get harder faster than some games. Progression a little off. Overall would definitely recommend. Graphics are great and the tools and equipment the characters use are a big hit with my kids. My son liked it enough he wants to... Read full review »
Super Platformer
You cant go wrong with this game, sure to be a best seller. Great story line, stays fresh throughout the game. The universe has many extensive worlds, you will get probably 80, if not more hours, out of this game. Replay is high since you get more stuff and unlock more secrets the second time... Outstanding Game
This is one of the best platform games to come out recently. It is a Mario Brothers/RPG mix. The weapons for the game can get unreal, but fun to use. You can turn people into chicken, control rockets like a remote control plane, suck enemies up and shoot them out as rockets, and more. The only bad... Read full review »
