Good karaoke player - Unreliable remote

RSQ NEO-E500N Karaoke NOT SO GOOD
I was SUPER happy with my RSQ NEO-E500N Karaoke player when I 1st received it because it played CDG and NEO+G Disc plus many more but after approx. 1 year it stopped working half the time.
