"This product made me cry several times, honestly..."
First of all I am a 100% techie, my first computer was a C64 and I have a masters in IT.
I ran 10000 addresses on QuickBooks Customer Manager, purchased Version 1, 2 and 2.5 and with every update it got worse. I even was a Beta Tester for this program and let me tell you this piece of trash...

Waste of Time and Effort
The first thing that you should know when buying this problem is: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SYNC IT WITH QUICKBOOKS.
Now considering that this is more than likely the main reason you are thinking about buying this software, that pretty much says it all right there.

TERRIBLE PROGRAM
I agree with the previous review. This is the worst program I have ever used. It can take up to 1 hour to open, even when you reset and reload like they tell you to do. Very frustrating and not much help from customer service. Read full review »
