Q-Logic (QLA4050C-CK) Network Adapter

The QLA405C-CK SANblade® iSCSI to PCI-X Single Port Host Bus Adapter from QLogic® provides connectivity to SANs over Ethernet and TCP/IP network infrastructures (switches, routers, and VPN appliances). This full-duplex HBA eliminates the processing, interrupts, and bus accesses required to support protocols in host software by offloading the iSCSI and TCP/IP protocol to the adapter. SANblade® uses the existing storage interface of the operating system to support proven LUN, target level fail-over functionality, storage SAN boot, existing SAN management and application software. The QLA405C-CK is fully compatible with management applications that support the Microsoft® Windows® management interface (MS WMI), Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) iSCSI management application programming interface (IMA), and storage management interface specification (SMI-S) standards. The included SANsurfer® software helps provide centralized management and remote control of distributed HBAs.
