Prenatal Does the Job it's Intended for
I purchased this DVD as I've been told (and have read) that Yoga is very beneficial for a woman during pregnancy and the delivery. Being my first pregnancy and my first time at trying yoga, I was approaching this from a completely blank slate.

Helpful and relaxing, but gets old.
This is an EXCELLENT instructional video for yoga while pregnant. You do not need to be proficient in yoga to gain a lot of valuble information from it. It does get old after a while, and you'll want at least one other maternity yoga video to alternate between them. Read full review »
Nice stretch, but hard to follow
This workout video, is very unlike traditional videos in that it's hard to follow.
