simple to use
This camera is so easy to use that you forget that it is a hi tec digital camera. All you have to basically do is make sure the camera is on, point the camera at what you want to take a picture of and then press the soot button. Great entry level camera

Inexpensive you get what you pay for
We bought the Polaroid Photo Max PDC-640 for Christmas last year. It took us until August to get the camera hooked up to our computer. I called Tech Support on several occasions and they were not much help.

It's limited
This is a good product but it does have it's limits. The camera is small and to easy to use. The LED's are clear and the the menu is easy to read and understand.
However the disc capacity is very limited if your going to use this on vacation or for family outings. For quick work related...

With a 310,000 pixel CCD, the PDC 640 snaps photos at a resolution of 640 x 480--great for posting on the Web, e-mailing to friends and family, or printing small 2-by-3-inch snapshots. The built-in flash features red-eye reduction, fill, auto, and off modes, providing a lighting mode for virtually any situation. Images are stored on the included 8 MB CompactFlash card, and can be transferred to a computer via the included serial cable. The PDC 640 also comes with a TV cable, so you can view photos on a television.
