Pros Good graphics, easy to learn
Cons very expensive
Recommended it? Yes

Pokemon game created for the Nintendo 64 game console, is a great game for kids and adults. My two older kids (7 and 12) are both avid Pokemon fans. They collect the cards and have a pokemon book that describes all the pokemon in detail.

The reason they love this game so much is they like... Read full review »

Pros Good graphics, different games
Cons price
Recommended it? Yes

Okay, I know there was a lot of hype about this game coming out. My kids love Pokemon but we don't have the gameboy versions because we just didn't want to get "Gameboy."

Graphics are good in this game and if your kids like Pokemon they will play this for hours if you let them. I, myself,... Read full review »

Pros Graphics
Cons Will end up costing you a lot of money and time
Recommended it? No

Pokemon Stadium is the second time PokeFans are able to see their favorite Pokemon in 3-D graphics, but this is the first time they can actually have them battle it out in 3-D. I must say, the battle and graphics are beautiful; however, much of the rest of the game falters.

I personally... Read full review »

Pros Very fun if you have the Gameboy game.
Cons Not very fun if you don't.
Recommended it? Yes

This is a turn-based game, based on the little creatures we ether love or hate called Pokemon. It comes with an transfer pak that allows you to play and transfer data from a Gameboy game to the N64, which is always a plus.

The gameplay is fairly straightforward, as is the case with many... Read full review »

Pros Less violent than other games, easy to play
Cons Creators should have considered using small images for small players.
Recommended it? Yes

I can not count the times I have asked my kids that question in the past few days. I have to admit that I am not much of a N64 fan. Of the games we own, the graphics are terrible compared to Playstation and PC. But, my children love it and so does my husband.

That's right, my husband. And... Read full review »

Pokemon Stadium instantly reminds you of those popular role-playing games that you have played before, like Final Fantasy. Many creatures or humans square off against each other, then enabling the player to input attack commands from the controller.

Pros Interactive, Challenging, Personal
Cons Must have Gameboy to use all functions
Recommended it? Yes

This is a very challenging, interactive and unique game. Pokemon Stadium allows you to not only become the ultimate Pokemon trainer, but you can play your Nintendo Gameboy on the television as well as set up your own personal teams of pokemon from combinations that you set up on your Gameboy.

Pointless, boring, a waste of money...That's what most people said about Pokemon Snap; however, I disagreed in a review I wrote on the video game. I gave it words of praise, talking about how fun it was. But now that a newer Pokemon video game has come out, everyone says that is just great. The one... Read full review »

Pros n/a

The game has excellent graphics. The attacks are always the same for all 151 different Pokemon so it can get a little boring, but there are 160 attacks to see. It has many secret bonuses and things to do. The trainers in this game are a lot more difficult than the ones in the gameboy versions. And... Read full review »
