The Plantronics T20 Headset Telephone is a two-line phone designed for conference calls. It includes a noise-cancelling microphone that completely mutes background noise. This telephone also eliminates feedback and provides excellent voice clarity. The 2-line corded phone allows you to take calls on two lines. While already on a call, you can place that call on hold and switch to the other line. Incoming calls are indicated by a red light, while active calls are indicated by green. You can easily set up a three-way conference call. After placing a caller on hold, you can call another person and press the 'conference' button to set up the 3-way conference call.
