Good shaver, but not as good as should be
I bought this shaver to replace my 5-year-old Philips HQ7830. Yes, this 8240 is a pretty good shaver. Excellent, less expensive, rotary shaver
The 8240 is my latest in a long line of Norelco purchases.
I have been using their rotary shavers for well over 20 years. Have a8250 at home and just bought this one for use in our seasonal residence. Less to carry (and remember) when seasons change.
