Stay away from this one!
I bought this thinking that it's a cheap MP3 player and I couldn't really go wrong with it. Oh how wrong I was!

Great design, horrible battery life, stay away from this one
I bought two of these as gifts for my mother and girlfriend. Within the first month, they had each gone through a couple batteries. Some reviews and information said the batter life was 15 hours or 20 hours. It was more like 2 hours.

improved customer service but poor battery life
I purchased three of these MP3s--One for me and two for my two children. One of the battery covers did not fit correctly and within one month of purchasing it, it fell off the product and got lost.
