Hard to say. First experience not good.
No mention in directions that you should NOT stir the rice while it's cooking, nor should you remove cover. And while I had a pretty good idea that I should not do either of those things (because I'd heard that the beauty of these cookers is that you DON'T need to stir), what about people who have... effortless cooking
One thing that I like about Rice cooker i own is that theres nothing much to do once you start cooking with it. Really easy to use and clean as well. Pricing that eastwestusa store offers is appreciable as i have checked out with other stores. Read full review »
Not a great quality rice cooker
Was not durable at all.....After dropping it on the kitchen floor once, it did not work anymore. Also tends to scorch the rice at the bottom if not removed promptly. Read full review »

I have had no problems with the cooking performance of this product. However, I get annoyed that it bubbles water out of the small whole in the lid even when I don't have it very full.
