Nice camera for the money
I am quite happy with the purchase at $800 Canadian.
I have read dozens of reviews and upgrading to GS200 for $650 does not calculate at all. I would consider GS400, however it is offered in Canada for approx. $2,000!!!

It's a fairly small cam with easy to use controls. I have seen a few complaints about the 2.5 LCD, but what do expect from a small hand held cam anyway? I haven't found it to be a problem at all. Exceptional color & clarity for the money
I've been using a Sony 3CCD TRV900 for the past few years but wanted a 3CCD camcorder that is easier to lug around. The video quality of the camera is quite good, and you can really notice the depth of color that the three CCDs provide.
