This phone isn't bad for basic needs, but for general office needs and extended conference calls it lacks considerably.

Use the warranty to determine the life of the product.
When I originally bought the phone it functioned as well as I expected. My only complaint when I first bought the phone is that none of the current 2-line phones are as comfortable as earlier designs. Works great for me; handset speakerphone is fabulous
I'm a big fan of the 6500, it works much better for me than my previous Pano cordless. In particular, the speakerphone in the handset is so good that in a quiet office I'm always on it and my callers never notice. Read full review »
