Do not buy this if you are steaming rice
I bought this product this week, and needed to make some steamed rice for my allergy-ridden dog. Started it exactly the way it said to do rice, and 2 hours later,(it was suppsed to take 45 minutes, the rice hadn't even been touched by the steam. The rice was still in its original form!
