Do Not Buy HP 6210 All-In-One

piece of junk
I will never again buy an HP product - I am a lawyer and my machine gets rather light office use. The envelopes jam up constantly. Customer support is absolutely unhelpful and make suggestions that we have already found in the instructions. Read full review »
Software Nightmare
I spent over 5 hours with tech trying to work out the software problems. The software doesn't work with IE7. You have to go into Task Mngr and and disable a program, close, minimize and press alt space, etc. I was told HP was working on a patch. Furthermore, the program director to open the program... Worst piece of cra......on the market
This is the third one we've had. First one had carriage jams...same with the second...spent six hours with "JIM" from India...finally got PO'd and told them to send me a new one...third one, got a paper jam and now have the paper jam of death error message. Out of the pan, into the fire...
I replaced my HP Photojet 7150 printer with the HP Officejet 6210 All-In-One Inkjet Printer because of mechanical issues with the paper feed on the old printer. This was a mistake. Hunk of Junk! Dreaded carriage jam errors!
I hate this printer. I have tried everything possible to fix the dreadful "carriage jam" errors. I feel like throwing it against the wall. I'm done with HP. Great Printer...Until it Jams - then, throw it away!
This is a great all-in-one printer until you get a fatal paper jam error message which, in my case, has twice resulted in having to send in the machine for a replacement.
