You get exercise while having fun
I love the Wii Fit. There are many different exercises and exercise games. My son loves some of the games on it also. The balance board is strong and stable. You can weigh yourself on it and do balance games. They have a step game, hula hoop, soccer dodge and walking... Read full review »
Great for the whole family
My whole family loves Wii fit. I am the mother and I use it to work out and the kids use it for fun. They mostly use the balance games but we all compete at certain things like the step aerobics. I do wish that some of the things would get a little more challenging but its good for a slow work out... Read full review »
Wii Fit - Didn't replace my personal trainer but my child with Autism LOVES it!

Then it tells you where you are in proportion to where you should be, as well as telling you whether or not your... Read full review »
"Wii" were a little offended...
I stepped on our new Wii balance board excited to get started exercising. I inserted the Wii Fit disk in my Wii system and waited for it to load. Then with minimal set up I was ready to go. I hit the button on the front of the balance board and it started up.
I decided to start with a...

Wii got Fit
If you do nothing else, as far as exercise is concerned, the least you could do is try Wii Fit. The Wii Fit is a good way for those who do nothing at all to at least do something in the way of exercise. We purchased the WiiFit at Walmart for about 90 bucks and were told we were limited to one... Read full review »
