I Love It
I had a dreamcast before I even considered buying an N64. I am so mad at myself that I even waited for the dreamcast. Sure the cartridge gaming method seems almost stone aged now but at least you don't have to worry about scratching your games. I also think that the games have pretty good graphics... Stop being cheap
Overall I like nintendo 64 but there are some things they better change if they are to stay competitive.
First, the price of their games is ludicrous. They are cartridges, therefore prone to a lot of problems. You pay between $50-$80 for a game they should at least include a case for it...

Many people are confused
This whole CD-ROM and Memory chip thing is perceived all wrong. One must remember that in the age of computing, this was a relatively old system.
