Navman: a poor choice - technical support is non-existent
I purchased a Navman iCN 750. It worked for a while. Then it lost track of its maps. Navman's tech support people appeared not to care. They promised to call back, never did. Drop in price makes the ICN 750 a fair deal!
The Navman ICN 750 came out a few years ago with a huge price tag of $699.00. With a 4 inch screen and a 4 gig hard disk which included pre loaded maps, $699.00 was still a steep price to pay compared to the other manufacturers like Tom Tom and Garmin. I brought this sat nav system as it advertised speed camera warnings on the box. What it did not say was that you will have to pay a yearly subscription for this service.
