NHL 08 for Xbox 360

Okay, to start, i have to say : THIS IS NOT A NEW GAME! Since like, 2006, the NHL games, at least for the X Box 360, are almost all the same. The only new things here, are the new players, and a fair amount of updates.

The graphics are quitly nice, we all know it's possible to do better on a X Box 360, but it still good. There is some good but not very well done effects, like camera's zoom-in / zoom-out, the camera shaking and bright lights. One of the good points of the game, is the Dinasty mode. Okay, the mode is not even good as the Playstation 2 NHL 2004's version. Anyway, you have some more "control" on your team, like playing / simulating and edit the roster lines of you AHL's team.

The REAL good point, where the game take all it's fun, is online on X Box 360 Live. You have 4 different game type : Online Versus (you against someone on the net in a "normal" hockey match), Online Shoot out (you against someone on the net in a shoot out match, wich is the best mode), Online Teamplay (you have to team up with up to 5 other player against up to 6 player in a "normal" hockey match, and every single player have their own player and position) and the last, Online League (You create a online hockey league, and each team have their player / owner, wich is fun with friends).

Another cool part is, without a doubt, the "create" section. Where you can create your own hockey player, Centre / Left Wing / Right Wing / Defence, even Goalers.
Or create your own team! The bad point here : You CAN'T choose what you want for the team's name.
