The horizontal wires are closer together to provide tighter mesh spacing than medium duty pet homes. The wire gauge (thickness) is also heavier. This provides extra strength which makes the Select Series the choice for professional users as well as for owners of active breeds and adult dogs that have never been crate trained. In addition, the Select Series dog crates offer many features not found on any other pet homes that will appeal to a wide range of pet owners including removable doors and an attractive fleck tone pewter finish. Three doors! Each Select Series pet home includes a door on the side and one on either end. When placed lengthwise in a vehicle, the two end doors allow access to the dog though the hatch as well as the passenger compartment.
