Works great when new
My old coffee maker died just after getting married, so we bought the ISX23. Cost a lot, but worth it. Then it started leaking after six months. I opened it up and fixed it. TOTALLY A HORRIBLE PRODUCT
I bought this coffee maker and in less then a year the delay brew quit working. I called Mr. Coffee and complained and they sent me a brand new one, which I thought was great. WORST Coffeemaker I had!
It says 12 cup but 8 is the maximum you can safely do. Even then, sometimes leaks. POOR DESIGN! all the others has similar complaints, so I guess we should be entitled to a refund or replace!!

What you read is true!!

Works great
I've only had this coffee maker a few weeks now, but so far I haven't had any of the problems of waking up to a leaking coffee maker, although I can see how you could if not careful. Piece of junk!
We've had this for about 8 months. It didn't take long for the clock to get fogged up and almost unusable. It is slow and leaky. I always thought Mr. Coffee was the best. Boy was I wrong. Pretty face--sloppy brewer
The Mr. Coffee ISX23 is one of the best looking coffee makers out there. It looks really nice on the counter, it has a bright clock, plenty of controls for timing, brew strength and plate temperature. I bought this because my thermal version (same model) didn't keep my coffee warm.
This model keeps it as warm as I like it, with its neat warmer control. The clock is a cool glowing green LCD that resembles a regular dial clock with a second hand, and easy to read, and the timer is very easy...
