The Mountainsmith Day Recycled waistpack is meant for the waist, but easily converts to a shoulder bag with a single shoulder strap. The Mountainsmith Day Recycled waistpack body uses fabric made from recycled PET (plastic soda bottles) and offers the same strength and durability of standard polyester. Delta Compression System of triangulated straps connects to hipbelt and pulls weight into the lumbar area for a stable, evenly distributed load. Top-loading main compartment, exterior zippered pocket and small interior pocket organize gear; nylon mesh side pouches accommodate your water bottles. Webbing loops and lash points let you attach accessories to the pack or strap the pack to a full-size Mountainsmith backpack for extra volume. Includes a padded and removable shoulder strap for easy toting and dual carry handles for use as a briefcase. Bright yellow lining adds visibility to contents of pack.
