I have used this little black cable modem for three years now with absolutely no problems. Speed is a must for me, as I live on the computer, and I have never had the first problem out of this modem.

Pros Installed and was up and running almost immediately.
Cons This modem would NOT STAY ONLINE... I replaced everything and nothing helped.
Recommended it? No

I bought this modem when I signed up for Cox High Speed (Cable), the employee promised me that it was the best modem in the store. I took it home it worked for about 2 hours then dropped the signal. Over a coarse of 2 weeks I must have reset this modem 70 times (easily). I suppose it is possible... Read full review »

I do a lot of work from home that requires a constant and strong signal with the Internet in order to connect to my employer's server through a VPN (Virtual Private Network). This modem has worked wonderfully for me on both my Mac and my PC. I highly recommend this product!
