M500 is Pocket Sized and has Great Sound Quality
My M500's screen is nice and bright plus the volume can go higher than my ears can stand if I want.
The guy at Radio Shack gave me some cool earbud covers so that the buds would stay in my ears.

Ugly but good

Too Buggy!
I got the M500 so that I could enjoy Audible Books, but not have to go through batteries, and be able to store long books all at once. I also really liked the FM receiver, and the ability to record from it.
Well, the first one I got had the same problem as mentioned above. It got stuck...

M500 Mighty fine MP3
I have had my M500 player for 9 months and I still love it. Easy to use. Easy to organize music, play, listen to. I use it while I am working. The M500 has an FM tuner which Ipod did not. Overall a Good Product at a Good Price
I received the M500 for Christmas. I turned it on and it immediately stuck on the radio. Not one of the buttons would do anything. The only way to turn it off was to take out the battery. Even after upgrading the firmware, I still had many problems with the player. So, it goes back.
